IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the filled application form and take print out
  2. Visit college along with the printed application form, original and photocopies of the following documents:
    1. 3 copy of passport size photo.
    2. 3 photocopies of each of class X and XII Admit card, marksheet and certificate.
    3. 3 Copies of SC/ST/OBC certificate for the student belonging to this category.
    4. 1 copy of Aadhaar card
    5. 1 copy of ABC ID Card.
    6. Original Registration certificate for student pass out from COSHEM
    7. Original Migration certificate for student pass out from other Board / CBSE
    8. Affidavits for study break student.
  3. VISIT ACCOUNT SECTION SUBMIT PAYMENT RECEIPT AND GET COLLEGE PROSPECTUS.
  4. Visit department of your preference programme for COUNSELLING.
  5. Visit Admission HELPDESK and get STAMP on the application form front page of your final choice programme for admission.
  6. Submit all the documents to the admission section along with this application form.
  7. Check college website regularly for the FINAL SELECTION LIST.
  8. Used ENROLLMENT NUMBER from the FINAL SELESTION LIST for the payment.
  9. Get 3 printout of the ADMISSSION FEES PAYMENT RECEIPT and submit to the admission section and account section of the college, get STAMP on your personal COPY.
  10. Primary mobile number and Email ID cannot be changed if once application form is submitted.
  11. After the creation of account, primary mobile number will be your login username and password to be created personally.
  12. After registration is done successfully, you can login by using your username and password and you can download submitted Application Form inside View Application Form tab.
  13. For 2nd year (3rd Semester) admission, students are required to login using their existing username (primary mobile number) and password and fill up the 3rd Semester admission form. New registration is not required for 2nd year admission.
